Certain courses taught at TEES and publications associated with this training may contain ITAR controlled technical data as defined by 22 CFR 120.10 and may not be forwarded or disclosed to any Foreign Person, as defined at 22 CFR 120.16, without the authorization of the United States Department of State.

TEES REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
  • 30 days prior to course start date – refund minus 10% processing fees
  • Less than 30 days – no refund, but payment may be credited to another course.  Credit will expire 1 year after cancellation.

TEES CERTIFICATION

Each law enforcement officer who successfully completes a TEES explosive breaching or mechanical breaching instructor course will maintain that certification for a period of three years.

After three years, the officer will be required to undertake a two-day re-certification course that will update him/her in the latest safety and other relevant issues associated with that skill set.

The re-certification course will extend the officer’s credential for a further three years. The re-certification course must be taken within two months of the expiration date displayed on the TEES certificate.
